We need more details. A lady with a torch could be the US Statue of Liberty which is on many coins, medals, and tokens. It might be made of aluminum-bronze, brass, gold, or some other metals. Are there any numbers, legends, inscriptions, etc.? What is on the other side? Is the edge smooth or reeded?
