Question: 1806 british gold coin value?

I have a 1806 British pure gold coin and I cant figure out how much its worth. Help please.

It would have to be a 1/3 or 1/2 Guinea for that is the only gold for that year from England. Depending on grade it looks like they sell for around $400 and up. They are also not pure gold but .917 gold. You would need to have it authenticated anyway, for there are to many fakes out there. Besides being very collectible the value of gold if up, when you sell it, helps also.
