You have a brass not gold 1959 5 Centavos from Mexico. Your coin had a 106,000,000 so it is far from scarce. The woman is Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez 9/08/1768-3/02/1829 , she was a hero in the Mexican War of Independence. It is no longer legal tender in Mexico and can be found in most dealers world coin boxes for .10 to .25 cents.
